Director of BPO Supply Chain Excellence: Strategic Leadership in Egypt & UK
We are currently seeking a seasoned Director of BPO Supply Chain Excellence to lead operations across our Egypt and UK hubs. This role is designed for a strategic thinker who combines a Six Sigma Black Belt methodology with hands-on ERP implementation experience. You will be responsible for streamlining business process outsourcing workflows and ensuring lean operations across diverse logistics and distribution networks. This position requires a unique blend of technical mastery and cross-cultural leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements
- Lean Strategy: Lead the design and execution of Lean Operations Strategy to eliminate waste in BPO processes.
- ERP Mastery: Oversee full-lifecycle ERP implementation projects, ensuring seamless integration across international borders.
- Six Sigma Expertise: Maintain rigorous standards as a certified Six Sigma Black Belt to drive continuous improvement and data-driven decision making.
- Strategic Sourcing: Collaborate with executive search firms to build high-performing teams in both the Cairo and London offices.
- Cultural Competence: Fluent English is mandatory. Proficiency in Arabic (المطلوب خبرة في إدارة العمليات وسلاسل الإمداد) or German is a massive plus for our international coordination.
This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of logistics and distribution management within a high-growth environment. Candidates must have at least 10 years of experience in operations management training and leadership roles within the BPO or tech sectors.
