- Strategic Leadership: At least 10 years of experience in logistics and distribution management, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Academic Background: A degree in Supply Chain Management or an MBA from a top-tier recruiter list.
- Bilingual Skills: Proficiency in English and German is required; Arabic is a significant advantage.
