Key Responsibilities & Strategy

- Overseeing Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and complex fleet management solutions.
- Collaborating with executive search firms to build high-performing teams in both regions.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 10-15 years in Operations Management or Logistics and Distribution Management.
- Certified Six Sigma Black Belt and PMP certification (which significantly impacts leadership salary).
- Proven track record in ERP rollouts (SAP, Oracle, or custom Supply Chain Management Software).
- Bilingual proficiency: English and Arabic are essential for this dual-region role.
