You will be expected to implement Six Sigma Black Belt methodologies to eliminate waste and drive a robust Lean Operations Strategy across multiple regions.
- Oversee global ERP implementation services and fleet management solutions.
- Drive cost-reduction and process efficiency through strategic BPO optimization.
- Liaise with executive search firms to build high-performing technical teams in Zurich and Sydney.
- Standardize operations management training across international sites.
Requirements / Anforderungen
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) from a top-tier institution.
- PMP Certification with a proven track record of complex project delivery.
- Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent Lean certification.
- Fluency in English and German is mandatory.
- Extensive experience in logistics, distribution management, and fleet solutions.
