This role focuses on reducing waste, improving fuel efficiency, and ensuring that supply chain movements are synchronized with ERP implementation schedules. Whether you are managing distribution in Sydney or Cairo, the application of Lean operations strategy remains the core pillar of this position. The specialist will be responsible for analyzing vehicle telemetry, managing driver performance, and integrating business process outsourcing solutions where they make the most sense for the bottom line.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
- Certification: Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt is highly preferred to lead process improvement projects effectively.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with modern Fleet Management Solutions and Supply Chain Management Software.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute logistics strategies that align with international standards and local regulations in both Australia and Egypt.
- Education: A degree in Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field is required.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in fleet or logistics management, ideally within an international or remote-tech recruitment agency context.
