At the core of this position is a commitment to Lean Operations Strategy. We are looking for a visionary capable of reducing waste and enhancing throughput across global distribution channels. Leveraging Supply Chain Management Software and robust ERP Implementation Services, you will oversee the transition to more agile, responsive fleet solutions. This isn't just about moving assets; it's about building a resilient infrastructure that supports high-level business goals. The role involves heavy coordination between European efficiency and the vast logistics networks of the Asia-Pacific region.
- Design and execute a unified global fleet management framework.
- Lead large-scale Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) initiatives where efficiency gains are paramount.
- Integrate advanced Logistics and Distribution Management tools to ensure real-time visibility across all assets.

To excel in this role, candidates must demonstrate a proven track record in high-stakes environments. Candidates should be comfortable working across different time zones and cultural contexts. Fluency in multiple languages is key to navigating our global stakeholder map.
- Six Sigma Black Belt Certification with a history of quantifiable process improvements.
- Extensive experience in ERP Implementation (preferably SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
- Fluency in English and German is mandatory (Fließendes Deutsch ist für diese Position erforderlich).
- Proficiency in Arabic (إتقان اللغة العربية) is highly desirable for regional coordination in the Middle East.
- Proven expertise in Fleet Management Solutions and Operations Management Training.
