Our firm is currently spearheading a high-priority executive search for a Global Director of Logistics & ERP Strategy. This role is designed for a leader who excels at the intersection of supply chain excellence and technological transformation. The successful candidate will oversee the synchronization of global logistics and distribution management while driving the next phase of our client's ERP implementation strategy. We are looking for a visionary who understands how to leverage Lean Operations Strategy to reduce waste and maximize output on an international scale.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements / Aufgaben & Anforderungen

The Global Director will be responsible for leading a multidisciplinary team across various regions. Central to this role is the application of Six Sigma methodologies to refine existing business processes and enhance Fleet Management Solutions. Below are the core requirements:

Executive Leadership: 10+ years in senior leadership roles within Supply Chain Management Software and logistics.
Certifications: Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt is mandatory. PMP certification is a significant plus.
ERP Expertise: Proven track record in ERP Implementation Services (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) across global sites.
Strategic Vision: Ability to align Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) with long-term corporate goals.
Language: Professional fluency in English and German is required for this global mandate.
