Mastering ERP and Lean Methodologies
One of the biggest hurdles in global operations is the fragmentation of data. That is why experience with ERP Implementation Services and Supply Chain Management Software is a top priority for this position. We are looking for a professional who has managed large-scale rollouts and understands how to align software capabilities with real-world Logistics and Distribution Management. Furthermore, a Six Sigma Black Belt certification is highly preferred to lead a Lean Operations Strategy that eliminates waste in fuel, maintenance, and lifecycle management. Operations Management Training is also a key component of the ongoing development plan for the procurement team.

- Proven track record in global fleet procurement and strategic sourcing.
- Expertise in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) for fleet services.
- Advanced knowledge of ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing remote, multi-cultural teams.
