Job Requirements
- Certified Six Sigma Black Belt with a proven track record in global operational excellence.
- Extensive experience with Fleet Management Solutions and enterprise-level ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
- Proven ability to manage Business Process Outsourcing partners to enhance service delivery and technical support.
- Strong background in Operations Management Training to mentor diverse teams in both Zurich and Cairo.
- Fluent in English, with professional proficiency in Arabic and German strongly preferred to manage local vendor relationships and regulatory compliance.
- Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or an MBA from a top-tier institution.
