We are currently seeking a Global Lead for Lean Supply Chain & ERP Implementation to spearhead large-scale operational excellence across our strategic hubs in Switzerland, Egypt, and the USA. This role is designed for a visionary leader who understands the intricacies of multi-national supply chain software ecosystems and Six Sigma methodologies.

- Key Requirements: Minimum 10 years in SCM/Operations, Six Sigma Black Belt Certification, and a proven track record in global ERP rollouts (SAP S/4HANA or Oracle Cloud preferred).
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is mandatory; professional German and Arabic are highly advantageous for managing local stakeholders in the DACH and MENA regions.
- Location: Hybrid and remote options are available, though significant travel between Switzerland, Egypt, and the USA is expected.
