We are currently seeking a Global Operations & Fleet Modernization Lead with a Six Sigma Black Belt Certification to oversee our core activities between Switzerland and Canada. This role focuses on optimizing supply chain management software and integrating next-generation fleet management solutions to ensure peak efficiency across borders.
In the current landscape of logistics and distribution management, ERP Implementation Services are the backbone of scalability. Our lead will manage the transition to advanced digital platforms while maintaining high standards in business process outsourcing (BPO). Whether you are navigating the regulatory environments of Europe or North America, your expertise in operations management training will be vital for team success. We work closely with top executive search firms to find candidates who can bridge the gap between technical software jobs and physical fleet assets.

- Six Sigma Black Belt Certification: Proven track record of waste reduction and process optimization using DMAIC methodologies.
- Global Leadership: Extensive experience managing diverse teams in Switzerland and Canada.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep knowledge of Supply Chain Management Software and fleet telematics.
- Bilingualism: Proficiency in English and German is mandatory; Arabic is a significant advantage for global coordination.
- Experience in Fleet Management Solutions including sustainability initiatives and EV transitions.
