- Education: Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Certification: Certified Six Sigma Black Belt with a proven track record of process improvement.
- Experience: Minimum of 10-12 years in fleet management or distribution, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in ERP implementation (SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics 365).
- Language: Native-level fluency in English and Arabic; proficiency in German is a significant advantage.
