In today's market, ERP implementation and business process outsourcing (BPO) are the backbones of successful distribution management. This position requires a leader who can navigate the complexities of international trade while maintaining the rigorous standards of Six Sigma to eliminate waste and maximize throughput. Success in this role means balancing high-level strategy with the gritty reality of warehouse floor operations across two continents.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
- Lean Strategy: Lead cross-functional teams in the USA and Egypt to implement Lean operations strategy.
- Technical Mastery: Expert-level knowledge of Supply Chain Management Software and ERP systems.
- Certification: Active Six Sigma Black Belt certification is mandatory.
- Logistics Oversight: Directing fleet management solutions and distribution logistics.
- Education: Background in Operations Management Training or a Top MBA program is highly preferred.
