We are currently looking for a Global Supply Chain Optimization Lead to take charge of strategic operations across the USA, Switzerland, and Australia. The successful lead will bridge the gap between regional teams and global objectives, ensuring that ERP implementation services are standardized and efficient. You will be responsible for overseeing high-level logistics and distribution management, alongside business process outsourcing (BPO) strategies that keep the organization lean and agile. Your background in Six Sigma Black Belt methodologies will be essential in reducing waste and improving delivery speeds across three continents.

Role Requirements & Qualifications

- Proven track record of leading multi-million dollar ERP migrations (SAP, Oracle).
- Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification is mandatory.
- Experience managing remote tech recruitment agencies for specialized SC roles.
- Willingness to travel internationally between the USA, Europe, and Australia.
