Global Leadership in Supply Chain Systems: Bridging Switzerland and Egypt
The role of a Global Supply Chain Systems Director has evolved beyond simple logistics management into a complex orchestration of technology, process optimization, and cross-border integration. We are currently seeking a high-caliber executive to lead our operations between Switzerland and Egypt. This position focuses heavily on the integration of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and the application of Lean Six Sigma methodologies to streamline global ERP implementations and logistics workflows.
Key Responsibilities & Strategy
This leadership role requires a deep understanding of Supply Chain Management Software and ERP Implementation Services. You will be responsible for overseeing the transition of core back-office functions to BPO centers while maintaining the high-quality standards expected in the Swiss market. By utilizing Lean Operations Strategy, the Director will eliminate waste and improve delivery lead times across the EMEA region.
- Design and execute a global roadmap for Supply Chain systems integration.
- Lead large-scale ERP deployments across multiple jurisdictions.
- Mentor teams in Six Sigma Black Belt methodologies to ensure continuous improvement.
- Manage relationships with BPO providers to ensure KPI alignment and cost-efficiency.
- Oversee Logistics and Distribution Management for complex manufacturing lines.
Job Requirements
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven track record in global operations management. We are looking for individuals who possess:
- A minimum of 15 years in senior supply chain or operations roles.
- A Six Sigma Black Belt Certification (required).
- Extensive experience with Fleet Management Solutions and international shipping regulations.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in German or Arabic is highly advantageous for regional coordination.
- Master’s degree or MBA from a top-tier institution.
