- Global Supply Chain Optimization: Designing and executing fulfillment strategies that bridge the gap between North American, European, and Asia-Pacific markets.
- ERP Integration & Data Integrity: Leading the seamless implementation of Supply Chain Management Software (SCM) to provide real-time visibility across all distribution centers.
- Lean Operations Strategy: Applying Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to eliminate waste and reduce operational costs without sacrificing quality.
- Business Process Outsourcing (BPO): Managing third-party logistics (3PL) relationships and ensuring vendor compliance with global standards.

- Proven experience as a Six Sigma Black Belt with a track record of significant process improvement and Lean Operations.
- Expert-level knowledge of ERP Implementation Services (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
- Extensive background in Logistics and Distribution Management across multi-national borders, specifically involving Canada, Australia, and Switzerland.
- Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to manage remote teams and fleet management solutions effectively.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German or French is a significant advantage for operations in the Swiss market.
