This role focuses on streamlining complex business process outsourcing workflows and implementing robust operations management training programs that deliver measurable results.

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Leiter der Lean-Transformation, um bedeutende operative Veränderungen in unseren BPO- und Logistikbereichen in Kanada und Australien voranzutreiben. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf der Optimierung komplexer Business Process Outsourcing-Workflows und der Einführung fundierter Trainingsprogramme für das Operations Management. Ein Fokus liegt dabei auf der Lean Operations Strategy und der Verbesserung der Logistik- und Vertriebsprozesse.
Job Requirements / Anforderungsprofil
- Minimum of 10 years in operations management or Lean consultancy.
- Six Sigma Black Belt Certification is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience with ERP Implementation Services and Supply Chain Management Software.
- Expertise in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and logistics.
- Proven ability to deliver high-impact Operations Management Training.
- Fluent in English; German language skills are a significant advantage for our European stakeholders.
