Key Responsibilities and Strategic Focus
The successful candidate will oversee the deployment of integrated supply chain management software, focusing on streamlining logistics and distribution management. From Operations Management Training to implementing lean operations strategies, the goal is to eliminate waste and optimize every mile of the journey across varied geographical terrains.
- Design and execute lean corridor strategies to minimize lead times between Egypt and Canada.
- Manage ERP implementation services tailored for large-scale fleet management and real-time tracking.
- Collaborate with executive search firms to build high-performing local teams in Cairo and Montreal.
- Utilize Six Sigma tools to drive continuous improvement in business process outsourcing (BPO) segments.
Anforderungen und Qualifikationen (Requirements)
