يتطلب هذا الدور خبرة عملية واسعة في عمليات مراكز الاتصال اللينة (Lean Call Center Operations). يجب على المتقدمين إظهار قدرة فائقة على إدارة الفرق في بيئة دولية، مع إتقان تام للغات العربية والإنجليزية والألمانية. ستكون مسؤولاً عن تحسين سلاسل التوريد الرقمية وضمان توافق العمليات مع أحدث معايير ERP، مما يساهم في تقليل الهدر وزيادة الإنتاجية في أسواق مصر وأستراليا.
Anforderungen und Verantwortlichkeiten
Als Six Sigma Black Belt sind Sie direkt für die Identifizierung von Prozessengpässen und die Implementierung von Lean Operations Strategy verantwortlich. In dieser mehrsprachigen Position (Deutsch, Englisch, Arabisch) fungieren Sie als Bindeglied zwischen unseren Standorten in Ägypten und Australien. Sie unterstützen nicht nur das operative Tagesgeschäft, sondern gestalten aktiv die langfristige BPO-Vision unseres Unternehmens.
Job Requirements
- Certified Six Sigma Black Belt with a proven record of process improvement.
- Full professional proficiency in English, German, and Arabic.
- Minimum of 7 years in BPO management or operations management training.
- Experience with Supply Chain Management Software and ERP Implementation.
- Ability to manage remote tech recruitment and high-performing software teams across time zones.
