Key Responsibilities / Hauptaufgaben
- Process Architecture: Applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies to eliminate waste in BPO workflows and improve service delivery.
- ERP Digitalization: Leading the selection and integration of supply chain management software to enhance visibility across borders.
- Strategic Operations: Designing fleet management and logistics solutions tailored for the unique geographical challenges of both Switzerland and Australia.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Acting as the primary consultant for executive search firms and internal leadership regarding operational scalability.
Requirements / Anforderungen
- Certified Six Sigma Black Belt with extensive experience in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO).
- Proven expertise in ERP Implementation Services (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
- Solid background in Logistics and Distribution Management.
- Fluency in English and German is mandatory due to regional market requirements.
- Ability to work flexibly across multiple time zones (CET and AEST).
