We are currently seeking a Lead Fleet Operations Strategist to spearhead our digital transformation and operational excellence across our primary hubs in the USA, Egypt, and Switzerland. This isn't a role for someone who likes sitting on the sidelines—we need a fixer who understands how to bridge the gap between lean methodology and complex ERP systems to drive real-world results.

In today's logistics landscape, the difference between profit and loss often comes down to Six Sigma Black Belt precision. We need an expert who can implement robust ERP Implementation Services while maintaining a Lean Operations Strategy that removes unnecessary waste. You will be overseeing Logistics and Distribution Management across three continents, ensuring that our fleet management solutions are not just functional, but industry-leading.

- Expertise: Proven track record in ERP implementation (specifically SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) within a logistics context.
- Certification: Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent Lean Operations certification is non-negotiable.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in fleet management or supply chain operations.
- Location: Ability to coordinate effectively between teams in the USA, Egypt, and Switzerland.
- Languages: Professional fluency in English is required. Proficiency in German or Arabic is a significant advantage for local site management.
