We are currently scouting for a Lead Operations Strategy Consultant to bridge the gap between our Australian headquarters and our expanding Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) hubs in Egypt. This role is designed for a professional who lives and breathes efficiency, utilizing Six Sigma methodologies and Lean Operations Strategy to overhaul supply chain workflows and logistics management. If you have a background in high-level executive search or remote tech recruitment, you understand the value of placing the right operational mind at the helm of global projects.
Core Responsibilities and Expertise
The successful candidate will take charge of ERP Implementation Services and the integration of advanced Supply Chain Management Software. Your day-to-day will involve auditing fleet management solutions and distribution networks to ensure seamless delivery across international borders. We are looking for someone who can translate complex data into actionable operations management training for teams in both Cairo and Sydney.
Anforderungen (German)
- Zertifizierung als Six Sigma Black Belt ist zwingend erforderlich.
- Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Leitung von BPO-Exzellenzzentren.
- Tiefgehende Kenntnisse in Logistics and Distribution Management.
