Role Overview and Requirements

In this position, you will be responsible for the high-level design of trading platforms and payment gateways that process billions in transactions. You aren't just writing code; you are building the backbone of future finance. The ideal candidate brings a mix of technical mastery and strategic foresight.

Experience: At least 8-10 years in software architecture, specifically within high-frequency trading or enterprise Fintech environments.
Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Go, Rust, or Java, coupled with cloud-native infrastructure (Kubernetes, AWS/Azure).
Leadership: Proven ability to mentor senior engineers and liaise with C-suite stakeholders on technical roadmaps.
