We are currently seeking a seasoned Operations Management Trainer to design and lead executive leadership programs focusing on Lean Operations Strategy and ERP implementation services. This role is essential for organizations aiming to refine their global supply chain and distribution management systems while maintaining a competitive edge in a volatile market.
Job Requirements / Anforderungsprofil
- Lean Six Sigma Expertise: You must be a certified Six Sigma Black Belt with at least 8 to 10 years of practical application in enterprise-level environments.
- ERP Implementation: Proven track record in guiding ERP implementation services (specifically SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) within large corporations.
- Leadership Experience: Extensive background working with executive search firms or holding high-level leadership roles in operations.
- Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency in both English and German is mandatory to effectively support our dual-market strategy in Zurich and London.
- Strategic Depth: Ability to provide high-level training on fleet management solutions and logistics distribution management.
