We are seeking a Principal Consultant for Lean Fleet Operations & ERP Implementation. This role demands a mastery of Six Sigma Strategy to drive efficiency in complex supply chains across Egypt and Australia. By integrating high-level Supply Chain Management Software and Lean Operations Strategy, you will transform how businesses manage their logistics and distribution from the ground up.

Our consultancy focuses on delivering ERP Implementation Services that unify data across borders, ensuring that a fleet manager in Cairo has the same real-time visibility as a logistics director in Sydney. This position requires a deep understanding of how Six Sigma Black Belt Certification principles apply to fuel consumption, maintenance cycles, and driver performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Designing and deploying Six Sigma frameworks to reduce waste in fleet maintenance and dispatch.
- Leading the selection and implementation of advanced Fleet Management Solutions and ERP modules.
- Consulting on Logistics and Distribution Management to optimize international shipping routes.
- Providing Operations Management Training to diverse teams in Egypt and Australia.
Job Requirements
- Certified Six Sigma Black Belt with a portfolio of successful process improvement projects.
- Proven track record in ERP Implementation (Odoo, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
- Extensive experience in Lean Operations Strategy within the logistics or transportation sector.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic or German is a significant advantage.
- Willingness to travel between Egypt and Australia for onsite strategic assessments.
