Key Responsibilities & Expertise
The successful candidate will lead the implementation of advanced Fleet Management Solutions and integrate them with our existing Supply Chain Management Software. You will be responsible for reducing operational waste and ensuring that ERP implementation services align with real-world logistics challenges. We need someone who can look at a spreadsheet and see where the fuel is being wasted before the trucks even leave the depot.
- Lean Strategy: Developing frameworks to eliminate non-value-added activities in cross-border logistics.
- Six Sigma Leadership: Applying DMAIC principles to solve chronic efficiency leaks in fuel consumption and maintenance cycles.
- Technology Integration: Overseeing the rollout of new telematics and AI-driven routing tools across North American and European hubs.

To succeed in this high-level role, you need a mix of technical mastery and cultural adaptability:
- Certified Six Sigma Black Belt with a proven track record in heavy industry or logistics.
