We are currently seeking a Principal for Fleet Logistics BPO to lead our dual-hub operations in Switzerland and Egypt. This senior role demands a unique blend of Lean Six Sigma methodology and high-level call center management expertise to optimize fleet efficiency and customer satisfaction.
As the Principal, you will oversee the implementation of Supply Chain Management Software and ERP Implementation Services across multiple regions. Your focus will be on driving a Lean Operations Strategy within the BPO framework, ensuring that our logistics and distribution channels operate with maximum precision and minimal waste. Managing a cross-continental team requires not just technical skill, but a deep understanding of the cultural nuances between European and Middle Eastern markets.
Core Responsibilities and Strategy
This position requires a professional who treats operations like a science. You will be responsible for:
- Designing and optimizing call center workflows to support real-time fleet management.
- Leading cross-functional teams in both Zurich and Cairo to ensure seamless communication.
- Translating complex logistics data into actionable operations management training modules.
- Monitoring the PMP certification salary impact within your department to ensure you are retaining top-tier project management talent.
Job Requirements
- Sprachkenntnisse: Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch, English, and Arabic are essential for coordinating between Switzerland and Egypt.
- Experience: At least 10 years in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) with a heavy focus on logistics and distribution management.
- Certification: Six Sigma Black Belt Certification is mandatory. PMP is highly preferred.
- Proven expertise in Supply Chain Management Software and large-scale ERP rollouts.
