Professional Requirements
- Proven track record in full-cycle ERP implementation (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
- Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification is mandatory.
- Extensive experience in Logistics and Distribution Management across APAC and EMEA.
- Strong background in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Fleet Management Solutions.
- Exceptional leadership skills to manage cross-functional remote teams.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in German is highly desirable for the Swiss operations.
