Key Responsibilities / Aufgaben / المسؤوليات
- Process Optimization: Standardize logistics and distribution management using Lean methodologies.
- ERP Deployment: Lead the integration of advanced Supply Chain Management Software across multiple sites.
- Cross-Border Strategy: Align operational standards between North American and Middle Eastern logistics hubs.
- Optimierung: Standardisierung der Logistik durch Lean-Methoden und datengesteuerte Entscheidungen.

Requirements / Anforderungen / المتطلبات
- Proven track record in Fleet Management Solutions and high-level operations management training.
- Advanced degree (MBA preferred) with a focus on supply chain, logistics, or industrial engineering.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in German or Arabic is a significant advantage for cross-border coordination.
- Six Sigma Black Belt Certification is mandatory for this leadership position.
