Global Fleet Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking a high-caliber Principal Lead for Global Fleet Excellence to spearhead a massive transformation across our USA and Switzerland operations. This role is at the intersection of Supply Chain Management Software and Lean Operations Strategy, requiring a deep understanding of how ERP Implementation Services can drive bottom-line results and operational transparency.
Key Responsibilities & Strategy
In this position, you will be responsible for deploying a Six Sigma Black Belt Certification framework to optimize logistics and distribution management. The focus is on creating a unified fleet management solution that scales globally across diverse markets while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
- ERP Integration: Leading the transition to advanced Supply Chain Management systems and ensuring data integrity.
- Operational Excellence: Applying Six Sigma and Lean methodologies to reduce waste and improve delivery cycles.
- Cross-Border Management: Harmonizing operations between North American and European hubs to create a seamless supply chain.
Anforderungen (German)
Der ideale Kandidat verfügt über umfassende Erfahrung in der ERP-Implementierung und besitzt eine Six Sigma Black Belt Zertifizierung. Sie sollten nachweisbare Erfolge in der Leitung globaler Teams und in der Optimierung von Logistikprozessen in den USA und der Schweiz vorweisen können.
