We are currently looking for a Principal Lead for Lean Fleet Modernization to oversee strategic improvements across operations in Egypt and the UK. This role is designed for a visionary professional who understands that modernizing a fleet involves more than just buying new vehicles—it is about integrating Lean Operations Strategy and Supply Chain Management Software to eliminate waste and maximize throughput.

- Implement Six Sigma methodologies to streamline distribution and logistics management.
- Oversee the transition to advanced ERP systems and fleet management solutions.
- Coordinate between cross-functional teams in the UK and Egypt to ensure uniform operational standards.
- Analyze KPIs related to fuel efficiency, route optimization, and maintenance downtime.
- Manage relationships with executive search firms to build high-performing local teams.
Job Requirements / Anforderungen / متطلبات الوظيفة
- Certification: Certified Six Sigma Black Belt is mandatory.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in logistics, distribution, or fleet management at an executive level.
- Tech Savvy: Deep understanding of ERP implementation services and logistics software.
- Regional Knowledge: Familiarity with the regulatory and logistics landscape in both the Middle East (specifically Egypt) and the United Kingdom.
- Language: Fluency in English and Arabic is required; German is a significant plus for European coordination.
