- Conducting Six Sigma training sessions for regional managers to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Coordinating with executive search firms to build high-performance operations teams.
- Implementing advanced Supply Chain Management Software to track cross-border logistics in real-time.
Professional Qualifications
- A minimum of 10 years in operations management, specifically in the Egypt-USA corridor.
- Proven success in large-scale ERP rollouts like SAP S/4HANA or Oracle Cloud.
- Strong background in Six Sigma Black Belt methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Arabic, and ideally German.
