The Role and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will manage end-to-end supply chain optimizations, focusing on transforming how goods move between these two distinct markets. The mission involves:
- Designing and deploying customized Supply Chain Management Software solutions that bridge regional gaps.
- Leading Lean Operations initiatives to eliminate waste and maximize resource utilization.
- Overseeing regional Logistics and Distribution Management frameworks for high-stakes environments.
- Implementing advanced Fleet Management Solutions to ensure cost-effective delivery across diverse geographies.
Key Candidate Requirements
To succeed in this trilingual environment (English, German, and Arabic), candidates must demonstrate a deep understanding of operational excellence. Essential qualifications include:
- A Six Sigma Black Belt Certification with a focus on measurable ROI.
- Extensive experience in ERP Implementation Services (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
- Proven ability in Business Process Outsourcing and Operations Management Training.
- Strong bilingual or trilingual communication skills to manage stakeholders in Egypt, Canada, and European partners.
