This role is designed for a leader who excels at the intersection of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and advanced Supply Chain Management (SCM) software deployment.
Managing large-scale ERP implementation services requires more than just technical skill; it demands a deep understanding of business process outsourcing and logistics management. In this position, you will be responsible for harmonizing operations across diverse regulatory environments, ensuring that fleet management solutions and operations management training programs are executed to the highest standards.
Qualifikationen & Anforderungen (Requirements)
- Certifications: A valid Six Sigma Black Belt is essential. PMP certification is a significant advantage.
- Professional Experience: 10+ years in ERP transformation roles, specifically within the supply chain and software niche.
- Language Mastery: Professional fluency in English, German, and Arabic is required to manage teams across the USA, Switzerland, and Egypt.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record in Lean Operations Strategy and optimizing complex distribution management networks.
