Modern supply chains demand a seamless integration of physical assets and digital intelligence. We are currently seeking a Senior Fleet & Logistics Strategy Director to spearhead global ERP optimization projects across our United Kingdom and Canadian operations. This role is designed for a leader who understands that logistics is no longer just about moving goods from A to B, but about mastering the data flow that powers the entire network. You will be responsible for harmonizing complex fleet management solutions with high-level enterprise software to drive unprecedented efficiency.
The Mission: Global ERP and Lean Operations
The successful candidate will lead the transition toward a fully optimized ERP environment, ensuring that Logistics and Distribution Management systems are perfectly aligned with our global business goals. By applying Lean Operations Strategy and Six Sigma principles, you will identify bottlenecks in cross-border transport and implement Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) solutions where necessary to maintain a competitive edge. This is a high-impact position that reports directly to the executive board, focusing on the synergy between fleet maintenance, driver retention, and digital infrastructure.

- Certifications: Six Sigma Black Belt and PMP certification are highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proven expertise in ERP Implementation Services (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
- Mobility: Ability to travel frequently between the UK and Canada.
