The Director will oversee the full lifecycle of SCM software implementation, ensuring that tools like telematics, routing algorithms, and inventory modules communicate seamlessly. Lean Operations Strategy is the backbone of this approach, utilizing Six Sigma Black Belt principles to eliminate non-value-added activities and reduce fuel consumption, maintenance downtime, and delivery delays.
- Design and execute global logistics and distribution management frameworks.
- Lead the transition to automated fleet management solutions.
- Mentor teams in Six Sigma Black Belt and Green Belt certifications.
- Negotiate with Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) partners to optimize overhead.
