Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full lifecycle of ERP Implementation Services across regional warehouses and distribution centers.
- Apply Lean Operations Strategy to reduce fleet idling time and optimize route planning.
- Manage Business Process Outsourcing partners to ensure strict adherence to service level agreements.
- Conduct Operations Management Training for local teams to ensure global standards are met.
- Coordinate with Remote tech recruitment agencies to source specialized talent for digital supply chain initiatives.
Professional Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business; an MBA from Top MBA recruiters preferred.
- Significant experience where the PMP certification salary impact is evident through successful project delivery.
- Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification is highly desirable.
- Professional proficiency in English, German, and Arabic to facilitate communication with international partners.
- Deep understanding of Fleet Management Solutions and warehouse automation.
