- Logistics & Distribution Management: Practical knowledge of managing complex supply chains and fleet management solutions in the MENA region.
- Cross-Border Operations: Ability to manage business process outsourcing (BPO) and coordinate between Swiss and Egyptian teams.
- Language Mastery: Fluency in German and English is required; Arabic is highly preferred for local operations.
