We are currently scouting for a Lean Operations Principal who brings a seasoned Six Sigma Black Belt expertise and a proven track record in ERP Strategy. This role is pivotal for organizations looking to harmonize their cross-border logistics and distribution management systems. Key Responsibilities & Qualifications

Six Sigma Black Belt Certification: Mandatory experience in DMAIC methodologies to reduce waste and variance.
ERP Implementation Services: Leading the migration or optimization of SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics across regional hubs.
Supply Chain Management Software: Deep technical understanding of logistics and fleet management solutions.
Business Process Outsourcing (BPO): Experience in managing outsourced operational functions efficiently.
Operations Management Training: Mentoring local teams in Egypt on Lean methodologies inherited from Swiss standards.

The ideal candidate must possess a minimum of 10 years in operations management, with at least 5 years specifically focused on Lean transformations. Fluency in English and German is highly preferred for Swiss coordination, while Arabic is essential for managing local Egyptian logistics and personnel.
