We are currently looking for a visionary Operational Excellence & Lean Strategy Lead to spearhead this transition. This role isn't just about managing workflows; it is about redefining how supply chain management software and ERP implementation services integrate with daily operations to eliminate waste and maximize value for global clients.
Role Overview & Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and executing a comprehensive Lean Operations Strategy across multiple hubs. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading cross-functional teams to implement Six Sigma methodologies and business process outsourcing (BPO) initiatives.
- Optimizing logistics and distribution management through advanced data analytics.
- Overseeing fleet management solutions to reduce carbon footprints and improve delivery timelines.
- Providing high-level operations management training to internal staff and stakeholders.
- Managing the lifecycle of ERP implementation to ensure seamless communication between warehouse and front-office functions.
Requirements
To be considered for this high-impact executive position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Certification: Six Sigma Black Belt Certification is mandatory.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years in a leadership role within logistics or supply chain management.
- Language: Fluency in English and German is required; Arabic is a significant advantage for managing Middle Eastern trade corridors.
- Technical Skills: Proven expertise in Supply Chain Management Software and large-scale ERP systems.
- Education: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
