- Fleet Strategy: Proven history of managing large-scale fleets and logistics distribution.
- Languages: Professional fluency in English, German, and Arabic is highly preferred.
- Leadership: Ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) initiatives.
