Job Requirements & Core Responsibilities
- Architectural Vision: Lead the design and maintenance of high-performance blockchain nodes and validator infrastructure across multiple protocols.
- Experience: Over 8 years of experience in systems engineering, with at least 4 years focused on production-level blockchain environments (Go, Rust, or C++).
- Security & Compliance: Deep understanding of HSMs, secure key management, and sub-millisecond latency requirements in high-frequency fintech environments.
- Scalability: Experience implementing Layer 2 solutions or sharding strategies to handle millions of transactions daily.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English is mandatory; German or Arabic fluency is a massive plus due to our client's diverse stakeholder base in the EU and GCC regions.
