- Process Optimization: Apply Six Sigma Black Belt Certification methodologies to streamline warehouse operations and fleet management solutions.
- Strategic Leadership: Manage cross-functional teams and external Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) partners to ensure seamless delivery.
- Educational Background: A degree in Operations Management Training or a Top MBA is highly desirable.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English and German is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
