We are currently seeking a Principal Supply Chain Architect to spearhead large-scale transformations, specifically focusing on Lean Strategy and ERP Integration across two major hubs: Switzerland and Australia. This role is designed for a professional who can navigate complex regulatory environments while optimizing operational flow through advanced Supply Chain Management Software.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements
In this high-impact position, the successful candidate will bridge the gap between technical ERP implementation services and operational excellence. You will be responsible for:
- Designing end-to-end supply chain architectures that incorporate Six Sigma Black Belt methodologies.
- Leading ERP migrations (SAP/Oracle) to ensure seamless data flow across international borders.
- Developing Lean Operations Strategies to reduce waste in logistics and distribution management.
- Managing high-level Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and fleet management solutions.
Requirements: Minimum 10 years in senior supply chain roles, fluency in English (German or Arabic is a plus), and a proven track record in executive search firm placements for high-paying remote or hybrid roles.
