The Regional Director will be responsible for orchestrating Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) initiatives and integrating advanced Fleet Management Solutions. Your primary focus will be to dismantle operational silos and implement a sustainable framework for continuous improvement using Six Sigma Black Belt methodologies. This role is not just about oversight; it is about fundamental transformation.
- Direct regional Logistics and Distribution Management frameworks to reduce lead times.
- Execute multi-country ERP migration strategies while ensuring data integrity and user adoption.
- Lead Operations Management Training sessions to upskill local teams in Egypt and Canada.
- Analyze Supply Chain Management Software performance to identify bottlenecks.
Candidate Requirements
- Certified Six Sigma Black Belt with a minimum of 10 years in senior operations roles.
- Extensive experience in ERP Implementation (SAP, Oracle, or specialized SCM modules).
- Deep understanding of the regulatory and cultural landscapes in both Egypt and North America.
- Strong background in Lean Operations and cost-reduction strategies.
- Exceptional communication skills in English and Arabic; German proficiency is a plus for European coordination.
