The Role: Lean BPO and Six Sigma Fleet Management
We are seeking a seasoned professional who can navigate the complexities of Business Process Outsourcing while optimizing a massive fleet using Six Sigma methodologies. This position requires a deep understanding of ERP Implementation Services and the ability to mentor teams across different cultural landscapes. Whether you are in Cairo or Zurich, the focus remains on waste reduction and value creation.
Anforderungen / Requirements / المتطلبات
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in Operations Management Training or Logistics.
- Certification: Six Sigma Black Belt Certification is mandatory. PMP is a significant plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Supply Chain Management Software and ERP systems.
- Languages: Professional fluency in English and German is required; Arabic is highly preferred for Egyptian operations.
