We are currently seeking a Senior Six Sigma Operations Lead to spearhead efficiency at our Egypt Logistics Hub (Ägypten Logistikzentrum). This leadership role (رئيس عمليات سيكس سيجما) is essential for organizations aiming to integrate advanced Supply Chain Management Software and Lean operations strategy into their core daily workflows.
In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing complex Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) initiatives and managing ERP implementation services across our distribution network. Whether it is optimizing fleet management solutions or refining logistics and distribution management, your expertise in Six Sigma methodologies will be the driving force behind our operational excellence. The successful candidate will transition fluidly between high-level strategy and the tactical nuances of day-to-day fleet coordination.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
- Six Sigma Black Belt Certification: A mandatory requirement to lead high-impact process improvement projects and define Lean operations strategy.
- Operations Management Training: Mentoring junior staff and call center agents in Lean principles to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Strategic Implementation: Hands-on experience with ERP systems and Supply Chain Management Software to ensure data-driven decision-making.
- Experience: At least 8-10 years in senior logistics, distribution management, or executive search firms within the industrial sector.
- Language Skills: Professional fluency in English and Arabic is required; German proficiency is a significant advantage for managing our European corridors.
