Key Responsibilities & Requirements
- Six Sigma Black Belt Certification: Proven ability to lead DMAIC projects and lean operations strategy to optimize resource allocation.
- ERP Strategy: Deep experience with enterprise systems like SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics for logistics and distribution management.
- Global Fleet Oversight: Managing compliance and sustainability standards specific to the Australian and UK markets.
- Operations Management Training: Mentoring regional teams on sustainable practices and process efficiency.
