The Business Change Lead will design, execute, and manage comprehensive change management strategies for large-scale SAP ERP implementations. This involves stakeholder engagement, impact assessments, readiness planning, and post-go-live adoption tracking. Businesses in Canada, Germany (Kanada/Deutschland), and globally rely on these methodologies to minimize disruptions and maximize the ROI of their enterprise software investments.
Key Requirements
- Proven Experience: At least 5+ years of experience leading change management for major ERP implementations, specifically SAP.
- Methodology: Strong familiarity with Prosci or similar change management frameworks.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. An MBA or PMP is a strong asset.
- Communication: Fluent English communication is mandatory; additional language capabilities in German (Deutsch) or Arabic (العربية) are highly valued for global client collaboration.
