Johnson & Johnson Canada is actively seeking a skilled Continuous Improvement Analyst (Analyst kontinuierliche Verbesserung / محلل تحسين مستمر) to join their dynamic team. This role focuses on streamlining operations, eliminating waste, and driving systemic efficiency across manufacturing and distribution channels. By leveraging modern Supply Chain Management Software and Lean methodologies, the successful candidate will help transform complex workflows into highly efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
The Continuous Improvement Analyst plays an essential role in deploying Lean Operations Strategy and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Primary duties include:
- Analyzing current business processes and identifying bottlenecks using Six Sigma methodologies.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support ERP Implementation Services.
- Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) in logistics, fleet management, and distribution.
- Conducting operations management training sessions for internal staff to foster a culture of efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Practical knowledge of Six Sigma Black Belt Certification principles (Green Belt minimum).
- Proven experience with enterprise logistics and distribution management software.
- Strong communication skills (English, and familiarity with German or Arabic is an asset for global coordination).
